Q: How can I buy your items and how much does it cost?
A: Please refer to listed prices and if prices are not listed, email me @ pretty2010.sg@gmail.com with the product code and you will get a reply within 24hrs.
Q: How can I make payment?
A: Currently we only accept payment via POSB/DBS ibanking mode, details will be listed in the email.

Q: What happened if the item of my choice is out of stock?
A: Should the item of your choice be out of stock, we will inform and update you on the next availability and pend for your kind actions.
Q: How long can I get my items?
Beauty items
A: Items will be sent to you within 2 days after payment is received. Expected delivery will be 2 working days after parcel is sent via Singpost.
Items will be packed in bubble wrap so as to minimize damage during delivery. Note that we are not liable for any loss or damage of shipment.
Spree/ Pre-order
A: Expected delivery dates will be announced in the respective posts and you will be advised on the actual date in email. Typically, a waiting time of 2-3 weeks is expected once the order is sent to the oversea merchants.
Q: How much does Local shipment cost?
A: Please refer to the respective post for the cost since different products' weight vary. Registered mail (top up of $2.30) is highly recommended.
We also provide free delivery to all parts of Singapore for order >$300. Delivery fee of $10 applies for order <$300.
Q: Can I cancel or change my orders after payment is made?
A: Please be reminded that no cancellation is allowed upon payment. Goods sold are non-refundable.
